Newcastle for TQ Live

Took the train up to one of my favourite cities, Newcastle Upon Tyne, to play a show for TQ Live and had an amazing time. The support acts were Namke Communications and Peony who all played spectacularly well and I was rather nervous to follow them but I was also bolstered by the warmth and kindness of the extended TQ crew who had met us all for a tasty vegan dinner. After much witty chatter and some interesting beverages it would have been rude to back out! As it happened the entire crowd were very warm and supportive and a great night was had. I was only able to stay one night so filled the next morning with an art gallery, a craft fair and a massive music shop. Definitely worth the trip.
